It was a great honor to be present at the James Beard Dinner and share this great experience with my Franklin Barbecue colleagues. It was a great time to share Texas barbecue in New York City. This is where comfort food meets high end cuisine. This night is one of those night to show this is possible. We spent three days in Manhattan and according to the people from James Beard, we were the least stressed out cooks who have participated.
